I would like to return products, but they have been opened or tested?
You have 14 days from receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the product is not opened or used.
This right of withdrawal is not valid in the cases referred to in L 121 21 28 of the Consumer Code, products which have been used by the consumer after delivery and which therefore cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information; be sure to check your spam folder. You can also access this information by logging into your account on our website.
My product arrived damaged/defective, what should I do?
If you open your package and notice that a product is damaged or defective, please send us photos or videos of the product to contact.syvoa@gmail.com. We will find a solution quickly!
Do I receive an order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and your order number.
If you don't see this email in your inbox, check your spam folder or your customer account. If you haven't received a confirmation email and you're unable to log in to your customer account, please contact our support team.
Who are we ?
Syvoa is a French company specializing in skincare solutions that quickly address skin concerns. Our first product is artisanal soaps, handmade in France using the ancestral cold-process technique with 100% natural ingredients. We're currently working on developing new, equally incredible products!
