How are your soaps made?
All our soaps are handmade using the cold saponification method. This artisanal method preserves the properties of the oils and produces a soap naturally rich in glycerin.
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our formulas are 100% natural, gentle and suitable for sensitive skin , including children's skin (excluding essential oils).
How long does a soap last?
A 100g soap lasts on average 3 to 4 weeks depending on use . To extend its lifespan, we recommend keeping it dry between uses.

What are your delivery times?
We have 2 types of delivery: delivery to a relay point (3 to 5 working days) and express delivery between 2 and 3 days.

Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons , soaps cannot be returned once opened. If your product is damaged upon receipt, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
